Delivery Details

• ARS truck delivery is available to any location within a 50-mile radius of a fulfillment location.

• Delivery is available from Monday-Friday (8 am - 3 pm).

• ARS employees are not permitted to go onto a roof to deliver materials or lift materials to the roof deck edge.

• By accepting a delivery you are agreeing to the terms of ARS’s Delivery Agreement. Please have the delivery site cleared of any obstacles to ensure proper delivery.

Our diverse fleet of trucks offers contractors and customers alike convenient ways to have materials delivered to your roof edge or job site. On the ground or on the roof, we will get your product where you need it when you need it.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule a delivery, please call the store and ask to speak with your sales representative.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your truck delivery shipment before signing the driver's release. By signing the release, you are accepting the merchandise in its current condition. If you notice that the merchandise is damaged, you should refuse the order and call our store to have them send you a replacement.
